In Japanese medicine there is a point below the navel known as Kikai - sea of energy.
It is the centre of Ki, where the energies of Heaven and Earth meet our body's energy.
Nourishing this point assists our mind body and spirit to be dynamically grounded.

A focus at Ki Kai Therapies is to find a sense of grounding and stillness,
which will allow a connection to the present and a space to move and create harmony.

Matt completed his Diploma in Shiatsu and Oriental medicine
at the Australian Shiatsu College in Melbourne,
where he went on to teach dietary therapeutics.
